Monday: 10:00 – 5:00

Tuesday – Friday: 9:00-7:00

Saturday: 9:00-4:00

Scheduled time is important to the smooth running of the salon. Please arrive for your appointment on time as a courtesy for the next client. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to SPA services, so you will have time to fill out necessary paperwork. Late arrival will limit your treatment times. Your appointment will end on schedule. The full value of you scheduled treatment will be charged.

Confirmation policy: We request that all spa appointments be reserved with either a credit card or a gift card. Please have one ready when you call to make your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice for any date change or cancellation for any service. There is a 50% cancellation fee with less than a 24 hour notice. No shows will be billed 100% of all their scheduled services and/or packages.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash.

Tipping is by cash only.

The Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal articles. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.

Children must be supervised at all times, for their safety and in consideration of our Stress Free services and surroundings. NO CHILDREN IN SPA.

Cell Phones MUST be turned off in the spa.

*Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates may be used for services other than those purchased based on the dollar amount left on the certificate. If you do not use the gift certificate for the specified services at one sitting the card will revert to the dollar amount left on the card. Prices on Gift Certificates are guaranteed for One Year. Service Prices will be adjusted to current cost after that time period. Rituals is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or Gift Certificates
