POLICIES
We are a TEAM SALON dedicated to filling the needs of
All Clients. Please feel free to request any member of our
staff for your services. We all have the same goal - to meet
or exceed your expectations.
Scheduled time is
important to the smooth running of the salon. Please arrive
for your appointment on time as a courtesy for the next
client. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to SPA
services, so you will have time to change and/or take a
quick shower.
Confirmation Policy: We
request that all Spa appointments be reserved with either a
credit card or gift certificate number. Please have one
ready when you call to make your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour notice for any date changes or
cancellations for appointments , and a 48-hour notice for
any date changes or cancellations for packages. There is a
50% cancellation fee with less than a 24 hour notice for
services and a 48 hour notice for packages. No-shows will be
billed 100% for all scheduled services and/or packages.
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Cash and with identification
personal checks. Tipping is by cash only. There will
be a $20 charge for returned checks.
The Salon is not
responsible for lost or damaged personal articles. Please
keep valuables with you or in a locker during your
appointment.
Children
must be supervised at all times, for their safety and in
consideration of our Stress Free services and surroundings.
NO CHILDREN IN SPA.
If you have enjoyed your
visit and are happy with the services, tell others. If you
were unhappy with any part of your experience, tell us so we
may correct any problems. Your input is important to us.
For the
well-being of all clients and employees, NO SMOKING IS
ALLOWED.
Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash value but may
be used for other services other than those purchased.
Service Prices on Gift Certificates are guaranteed for One
Year. Service Prices will be adjusted to current cost after
that time period.
